If legal is comfortable that the branch will meet the minimum production requirements, then we can approve any DBA on the following conditions:

• The DBA will be a marketing DBA only (loans close in AFN’s name and any agreements – including vendor agreements and leases – must be in AFN’s name).
• Branch shall only use afncorp.com email.
• If they want to continue using their website, it must go through marketing/legal review.
• Any and all advertising must be submitted to marketing department for appropriate legal review.
• Branch must operate under AFN’s name until DBA approval is secured with the appropriate states. This process can take up to 120 days.
